Bought it to change HP Folio G1 laptop,works well
Quality Value Price - Laptop BIOS says it is putting out 45W PD via USBC port.

The unit is relatively compact and feels solid. The device fits in the cigarette plug snugly. In the BIOS of my XPS 13 (9360), it states it is charging at 45W when connected to this charger and it gained 12% in 13 minutes. Can't beat the price, I bought two!

Definitely quick charges my Google pixel 2 XL. And there's an extra Port so my wife can charge her iPhone at the same time. Love it
