Works beautifully. It's great to be able to work with loose hard drives, check drive contents before sending devices out to be repaired, clone drive content to a different style of drive, etc. A very handy adaptor for anyone with several devices kicking around. Also a good way to get some use out of old or obsolete machines by using their hard drives for backup, portability, and such.
