This was one of the best things I purchased while setting up my home lab! Each end comes labeled as to what order the ports will be assigned and I haven't had any issues with it once I got it working.

That being said, I did find that the instructions were a bit dated and it took more time then I had anticipated. However, part of that was to me not reading everything through!

I am still extremely happy with this purchase and would defiantly recommend to anyone needing to access several devices over serial.
