- I needed this to connect to a RS-232 connection on a Lennox L-Series RTU controller. My laptop doesn't have a 9-pin serial just USB and this worked flawlessly. No awkward driver installation. It was compatible with built in drivers in Windows 7 and I was off to the races in a matter of seconds.
