I have had at least 4 different USB to serial adapters over the years. The connections would drop and wait for something to move, then find out you had to reset the adapter. This Gearmo adapter has worked flawlessly since purchase and has yet to drop a single connection. I count on this for equipment configuration for work and am so impressed, I just ordered a Gearmo USB to dual serial adapter. Highly recommend this adapter.
