5 stars for it WORKS and QUICKLY, but 4 stars for my wish list.
Previously, I tried another competitor (that I bought at the local store), which should be "new", but it doesn't work in Window 11 (after 2 or 3 hours working in the driver and researching, etc.).
So, I tried at USBGear -- It works quickly after installing the driver!

Wish list: The power LED is blue, which has too much brightness. It's only an indicator of power status, not a Christmas decoration. Also, the RS-232 signal indicators (orange) have an issue with too much brightness. Well, the real issue is the distance from the board to the lens. It has "parallax" from one lens to another. You look straight above, which is ok, but you look a bit slanted, which is a signal from another lens.
